Therapeutic Approach & Services

Individual Therapy

As you're navigating your path, it's easy to feel lost, overwhelmed, or stuck. There are often different forks in the road, rough patches, or noises behind you demanding your attention, which make it challenging to move forward. While we work together to develop a plan tailored to your needs, we will explore your history that led you to where you are now, the external forces influencing your path, and your unique strengths that will help you to take your next step.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, which means I believe each person is capable of reaching their full-potential if provided the right conditions to grow. I integrate other approaches as needed to support you in meeting your goals, including Attachment Theory, DBT, Feminist Theory, Polyvagal Theory, and Parts Work.

Areas of Competency: Anxiety, Attachment wounds, Depression, Codependency in relationships, LGBTQIA+, Gender affirming care (including letters), Neurodivergence, Non-monogamy/relationship diversity, Trauma

Couples/Relationship Counseling

I offer couples/relationship counseling to partners who are seeking to strengthen their communication, shed old patterns, and build conscious connection in their relationships.

In couples/relationship counseling, I primarily utilize Imago Relationship Therapy and Attachment Theory. Through these approaches, I support partners in identifying the deeper wounds that are impacting your relationships, developing effective communication that creates a safe space for emotional intimacy, and building conscious connection.

Areas of Competency: Communication issues, Codependency in relationships, Insecure attachment, LGBTQIA+, Neurodivergence, Non-monogamy/relationship diversity, Trauma

Mindfulness Workshops

Join our mindfulness workshops to cultivate self-awareness, reduce stress, and cultivate a sense of inner peace. These sessions incorporate various mindfulness practices and techniques to help you live more fully in the present moment.
